As much as we try to do our maintenance under the cover of darkness it is not uncommon to see our
equipment on the trail during the day, especially early season. Some tasks, such as cleaning up after
logging operations or reinstalling a thrown track are
best done during the daylight. Heavy snows also tend to
extend grooming times and may create some daytime
activity. We plead that common sense and caution
prevail for the safety of everyone on our trails, you never
know who or what is around the next corner.

Many of our landowners utilize our trails for other activities
such as X-C Skiing, Snowshoeing,or Sliding. Please accord them the kindness they deserve when they are out there,
treat their property as well or better than your own. We try to
make sleds aware of some areas were they may encounter
other uses, please heed these as they are critical.

Basically all of our trails are on private property. It has been a challenge of the ages to keep this system intact. There are always some fine adjustments each year based on use changes. Ownership changes and seclusion seeking landowners of late have proven to be issues that are diffecult to overcome. Inappropriate behavior and rudeness only adds to this, and we are running out of relocation options.

The strong selling point of snowmobiling is that our tracks melt away. Ensure that this remains the fact, carry out what you carry in. Litter and Returnables seem to be a continual problem with landowners and such a simple one to fix if we all try.
